Knitting pattern for fingerless mitts – either in moss stitch or a plain stocking stitch design.
This glove knitting pattern is to make your own fingerless mitts and is the perfect weekend make for a knitter familiar with the basic cast-on, cast-off and knit and purl stitches.

You will need:
- 60 metres chunky yarn (note: I use a chunky wool which is usually knitted on 10mm needles for this pattern to ensure the gloves fit nice and snug)
- One pair of 8mm needles for both styles of glove. If you are making the stocking stitch mitts you will also need one pair of 7.5mm needles
- Wool needle.
